Wasting your time

Takes forever to match with someone who likes you without paying to see them. You’d think that they would bring the person liked you to the forefront so you can match with them faster but not at all. You gotta pay to play according to them. Absolutely pathetic

Good App/Good people

Don’t know why ppl are complaining, the app does what it’s meant to do. I just recently signed up and they upgraded me to 3 month premium subscription for free. Great customer service, the app has great potential and they are working for the diasporic Sikh community.

Confusing

I like the heart n cross idea like swiping on other apps. But if I’ve liked someone then later . I want to unlike then there’s no option with that. Then I’m stuck with guys profile on my likes section. Where I’m not interested, the only option is report & I don’t want to report a profile just because I didn’t like the guy? Also explain this match business. Do you only get matched if the other person also press like on your pic? When sending a match request. Why can’t I just not dm the person. Your only allowed 1? Why is there no option for members to add their social media? What’s that all about?? Your app so restrictive unnecessarily?? The stupid thing is the restrictive stuff doesn’t change even when your a paying member? How does your notification work? I only realised a guy dm because I went on the app. Imagine I hadn’t gone on I would’ve had known he’s dm? What’s that all about? Also why can’t a member type and add there profession? If it’s not on the list you’ve made . Then the members have to choose other. That’s stupid aswell there’s so many professions ? Why not let the individual just type there job title down?

Seems to be stuck on the loading screen

I had been using it then it suddenly got stuck on the loading page and hasn't loaded since, despite me even deleting and reinstalling the app.

Only lets you SEE, not LIKE, lets you SEE a certain number of profiles a day. Not even any basic search filters available (age, distance etc.). But of course you can get all this if you pay just under £20 for it. Nonsense.

Hi that's incorrect - everyone can send likes and match. We've built this platform to help people connect after all! We want people to be thoughtful about sending Likes, so they are limited, and reset every 24 hours - Gold membership removes the daily limit. Price currently works out to £4.99 / month on our most popular package and we've kept this as low as we can.

“Free” to use

Before you spend time making a profile, remember that this “free to use” app locks distance settings behind a paywall and only gives you 7 swipes a day, oh and by the way, left swipes also count as your swipes.

My experience consisted of trying to set the distance and being told I need to pay money to do that, swiping left on 7 women who were over 100 km away from me before being told I was out of swipes for the day. It seems the makers of this app aren’t super concerned about connecting Sikhs and instead are more interested in squeezing every dollar they can out of the community.

That's a bit of an exaggeration and you do go get more Likes than that.. Lots of people do connect and match on the free version of the app. We've designed the search algorithm to return relevant results by default and are continuously improving that. We're working really hard to build something for the community. We've kept the price of Gold Membership as low as we possibly can - much lower than most other platforms.

Great app

This app is great, easy to use and a great way to meet someone. Would definitely recommend :)

App not good at all

Stuck behind a paywall - can only VIEW a fixed amount of people per day (not even like), cannot filter even the basic criteria, cannot see who has liked you. Why is this app even free if it’s unusable unless you get a subscription?

Lots of people do connect and match on the FREE version of the app. For those who want to remove daily limits and match faster, they can upgrade to Gold. We've kept the price of Gold membership as low as we possibly.
