Hi - 1000s of people have been able to create their profiles and we've not seen any issues with uploading pictures. You have not contacted our support team yet, so I suggest you reach out to them if you still need help with creating your profile and they will be happy to assist.

Make sure you have uploaded pictures that meet the guidelines. We don't want fake or spam profiles being created, as this is a platform for people serious about finding their partner. Please contact support if it has been more than a few days and we can look into this further.
