Impressive change
In 2019, the requirements to renew the yellow card was to reapply. It was unpleasant experience to witness how some employees were treated when they advocated for the truth. My yellow card was unscathed clean. The people who wanted to make the new government look bad, insisted that I should bring my old passport from the early 90s. I was able to provide, but I had to make about 6 visits to the embassy.
This app is a game changer! No need to face unhappy politicians in the embassy!

Yellow card/processing is too long
The app works fine but the processing time for yellow card online is extremely long. It’s also difficult to get yellow card in person at ADIS. The building with INVEA logo should process all INVEA related documents but when you show up they direct you to another place which directs you to other end of the city.

Great start
I am so proud of whoever is behind this convenient service and am grateful for responding when I need assistance. Though there is more to be done on the app like editing, deleting and tracking of the status of the process; this app makes my life easy and got my passport within weeks. Keep it up!
Unable to complete application
I wanted to renew my passport but after filling out all the information. The final ‘continue’ button doesn’t work! Nothing happens when you click it. No error information displayed or anything about how to proceed. Tried it multiple times over a week on more than one phone. Just doesn’t work.
First time user
Fast and easy. No problems at all. I would have given 5 stars but it has a minor glitch which is asking for the same document again and again. Other than that it is very good.
It’s been 3 months with no updates
I paid $260 to get my passport renewed. I haven’t received any updates. I wish I had read these reviews before I gave my money to this App/company. If the embassy didn’t recommend this app, I would have just want to Ethiopia to do the process instead of playing this miserable waiting waiting game.
