I cannot create a code in this app because it’s not updated. My land lord has an android with the app being at the 3.12 update. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP!!Worst customer support
I have been trying to contact the company for over a week and haven’t get any response. Their app doesn’t work properly. Just to make it short 2 of my vehicles got towed from my property because they say I didn’t have the registration on file when I have summited those multiple times!!
I have screen recordings proving that I submitted the required registrations. They still haven’t reach out to me for several weeks to help me and my senior parent who got his car towed as well with this concern.
