Painful experience to just get home.

If someone has a registered vehicle in their profile it should be a seamless experience I enter the community and go home right? Wrong.. I’ve sent complaints about my vehicle not able to access the gate and their response is to use the axuus+ codes instead or use my phone to open the gate.. way to put a bandage on the bigger problem. Please find an actual fix to this problem instead of giving alternative ways to get past the gate.

I cannot create a code in this app because it’s not updated. My land lord has an android with the app being at the 3.12 update. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP!!

Worst customer support

I have been trying to contact the company for over a week and haven’t get any response. Their app doesn’t work properly. Just to make it short 2 of my vehicles got towed from my property because they say I didn’t have the registration on file when I have summited those multiple times!!

I have screen recordings proving that I submitted the required registrations. They still haven’t reach out to me for several weeks to help me and my senior parent who got his car towed as well with this concern.

Just abusive and unprofessional!

The gate blew up and killed my wife

As I was typing in the code the screen exploded in my face, debree killing my wife. Terrible experience, otherwise the app works ok.

This “app” is trash and the whole product is garbage. Imagine this steaming pile sits between you and access to your home.

Hard to use; rarely updated

Let’s be clear: this isn’t an app, it’s a website wrapped (poorly) in an app. The UI is clunky and hard to navigate. There are lots of places where the text is white on a light gray, making it nearly impossible to read (maybe just when iOS is in dark mode). It has only been updated once in two years.

There are parts that don’t fit on the width of a phone screen, so you have to scroll left and right (remember, it’s a bad website wrapped in an app) - see the Axuus+ Codes page as an example. Moving around in the app is slow and you don’t get feedback that anything is happening. For example, tap on “return to dashboard” and count to 2 - then you’ll be at the dashboard, but with no indication that it was happening. They’ve put no effort into interface design. Using the Bluetooth to open the gate is likewise frustrating because of the delays. Our community doesn’t have great cell service by the gate so whatever it’s doing when loading is made even slower. I wish I could see a list of previous visitors. I wish I could read the text on it. I wish it was easier and faster to use. I would not recommend it.

Axuus Support has been Exceptional

We recently had an Axuus virtual guard gate system installed in our community. I have asked questions using the Help section of the app and Axuus has responded to each of my inquiries promptly via email. Their customer service has been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They truly want to make the process as smooth as possible for their customers. The app has been very easy for me to use as well.

Horrible unresponsive service

Whoever created this app should go back to educate themselves on what the term user friendly means. This has been frustrating since day one. Emails, calls and text messages asking for assistance go ignored and unanswered. The password reset button does not generate a new password as it’s supposed to. No email link is ever sent to reset the password. They automatically log you out of your account and then when you try to log back in, the password does not work. Horrible service, not user friendly. How are you even in business??

The password reset can be completed via the Axuus app or website easily. If you did not receive a reset link, it is likely you are entering the wrong e-mail address. We actually do not log you out of the app. This would be very inconvenient. Thank you
