If you use an iPhone and it is on lock screen (which is pretty much always), you will NOT get alerts when someone pushes the button to reach you. Only works on Android.
No access to any video. So if someone approaches you can not go back and look to see who it was.
You can not hold open the gate from your phone, only from the keypad. VERY annoying when you want to remotely leave open for work people or deliveries.
There is no night vision. When the sun goes down, your camera only delivers a grayish blob.
Basically, it does nothing you'd expect it to do. And, app is lame, antiquated and makes you go through 2 steps just to open the gate. Icons to access different features are counter-intuitive, more like hieroglyphics. Takes multiple tries to find what you're looking for.
I only wish I had read the reviews before I purchased.

Connection issues
Does work. Use a different company/box (eholovision exists), even though my electrician said no other company exists.

So far so good, but would really be nice to if there were a simple Latch/Unlatch buttons for the two relays on the user interface.

Notifications not working
Notifications often dont work across my devices, which include both apple and iphone. Today they arent working for any of them
Doesn’t work
My device on their app is always offline and no one can fix it. They did an update and that fixed something for about 6 weeks. My device is currently mine again. I have had this system for about 6 months and it has been down most of the time.
Connectivity Issues
Always has connectivity issues! When the video opener drops the network, it will not shut, open, log on, or anything! Worst $1500 ever spent!
