  • Useless unless you pay £14 p/m

Decided to give this a try, spent about 2-3 hours and did ‘0’ raids. Unless you pay for premium you have to wait 10 seconds before you can join a raid once it has been created however, by the time that 10 seconds has elapsed the slots have all been take, a sentiment echoed throughout the reviews.

I get that developers need to make a living and I don’t begrudge them for that however, unless you are willing to pay the £14 a moth subscription this app is useless. Check websites like Silph Road, Reddit or look for a Discord Server instead. It is not worth the time as a free user

  • Finally somebody to raid with!

Fantastic little app that combines all raids with people who actually want to raid. No more jumping in and out of raids till someone joins, just find your desired raid join that lobby add the host and wait to take down that Pokémon.. especially great as you get to link up with people all around the world who may get earlier access to new releases.

  • Money hungry

This app is complete garbage now..for the developers it’s quite clear they’re “all about the money” 20$/month what is that some sick joke anyways this app has gone to the garbage since they updated it

Be advised before you download it
  • Was great til They Released Premium

I loved this app and at one point was telling every pogo player about it because it’s amazing. BUT THEN THEY RELEASED A PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP BASICALLY MAKING IT PAY TO WIN. I can’t get in a raid for the life of me now and it’s ridiculous waiting 10 seconds to join a raid for it to be full. I’m not paying 15$ a month just to get in raids. Like I can’t express how bs that is. You guys saw an opportunity for money and took it. I will literally sit in the app tapping join for 30mins and still not get in a raid cause In that 10 seconds the raid is full. Not to mention the other people like me waiting so it’s 100s of people waiting 10 seconds to join one raid. Smh so disappointed. Was going to leave a 2 star but after writing this 2 is a lot.

  • New update not great

While I appreciate this app a lot, I wouldn’t pay $15 a month to join before other people. The premium benefits do not outweigh that huge recurring (??) cost. Right now, Uxie just joined raids, so I understand if the app is overloaded, but it won’t even refresh anymore. I get so many error messages (“unable to load data! please try again!”) that it’s not worth waiting for a raid to come up. I hope this is only related to the high traffic today and not a new bug because it WILL make me stop using. Otherwise, in the past, this app has always worked well. It’s honestly been a godsend sometimes! Rooms fill quick (which is good and bad) and it connects just as well as it would if I was raiding in person. The notifications are instant and super helpful. It’s also a simple UI and I can add the hosts quickly and easily. I’d like the ability to add the other people in the rooms just to see if anyone caught a shiny boss (haha)

  • Great before premium

So the good stuff: The app itself is great, raids load frequently, it’s a simple process to add the host and be ready and it enables users who don’t live in gym-heavy areas the opportunity to raid much more often with a variety of levelled raids clearly laid out.
    However...
The bad stuff: Prior to the premium feature being added I would have given this 5 stars.
Nowadays even a 2* is pushing it. Without paying £15 A MONTH?!? you cannot join battles within the first 10 seconds which means that 96% of the time, it’ll be full before you even get the chance to try and be a part of it. After this happening over and over again, this app very quickly loses its appeal and quite simply, it takes the fun factor out of it.
Yes the app itself is good but the price is ridiculously high for the majority of users who play this free game with occasional purchases for community tickets, storage upgrades etc. If you are truly dedicated to catching them all then I dare say you’ll pay for the ease of this. And at a fiver a month, I’m sure a lot more of us could have been persuaded. But in today’s current climate, £180 on something to ultimately help towards playing a free game...no thanks.

  • Rip off

It was good until ask you 19.99usd per month to be able to play (It’s not a must, but it’s hard to use if you don’t!)
  • Love it!!

Literally the easiest App to navigate! The Simplicity of joining or hosting a Raid is what makes this the best Raid App to use!

A Weather Boost option for the host will take this App to a greater Level. The Trust will rely on the Host as this would be impossible to verify, disclaimer will needed to be added. Keep up the awesome work Guys!!

  • Revolutionized PoGo Raiding!

This is a well made, SAFE, and amazing app for those of us who want to host and join Pokemon Go raids without risking our accounts or out health. It's easy to find and join raids when there may be none near you. It's also easy to host a raid and ensure you have support in taking down high level raids. The instructions are easy and the app does not connect with the game itself or violate the terms & conditions, so you know you'll be safe to play.

Thanks to the creators who made and continue to improve this game. PS: the VIP upgrade is totally worth it if you plan on doing a lot of raiding!

  • This app is now useless (unless paying)

When I first encountered the app it was fun and I was able to get to do raids in Pokemon go. I was able to use it for a short while but, then they decided that they were going to change it up (mandatory ads as well-you can pay $9 [once-Suprising] to make them go away) and charge $15 a month for the privilege of being able to get in on a raid (you have to wait 10 seconds for the free option to possibly be able to join-with only 5 slots available it fills in seconds. ) if you’re not subscribed you cannot get a raid which makes the application totally and completely worthless. So basically they’re giving everybody the big middle finger for the ability to raid (unless you pay them!) and it’s at their discretion for a monthly reoccurring fee of $15. I don’t know how they figure people are gonna want to put up with that. If it was 2-5 bucks I might justify it, however with the serious amount of go players they are making money hand over fist. Some of us are on limited incomes. I’ve attempted to contact them and they are impossible to contact with the only option appears to be through twitter. Save your money and don’t bother with these combover wannabes.
