Description of Acne

Having non-comedogenic skincare, makeup, and hair products is crucial to having clear skin. You might not even be aware that your moisturizer, foundation, or shampoo could be the reason you can’t fully get rid of acne! Comedogenic ingredients are the ingredients that clog your pores, resulting in different types of acne. Our application allows you to easily check whether the product’s ingredient list contains any pore-clogging ingredients, or if the product is safe to use on acne-prone skin.

Reviews of Acne

  • Has potential.

It's not bad, but it could be better! I personally use this app a lot and while it's good, it would be nice if the app had a section with a list of options and recommendations for acne-safe products. Just to save time, in my opinion. Someone already commented this but a scanner option would also save a lot of time instead of copying and pasting ingredients.
  • Use this every time I shop for products

As someone with adult acne-prone skin, this is a game changer and I wish I had this when I was a teenager! You can copy and paste the ingredients or look at the full list and over time you get familiarized with what to look out for. I wish this had an ingredient scanner or barcode scanner to make things easier, but even with taking the time to copy and paste full list of ingredients from a website, it gives you instant feedback and It’s really helped me avoid breakout-causing ingredients.
  • love!!!

Wish it had a scanner tho… and explanations!
