Everything flowed smoothly with her and we didn’t have to wait long for anything. This was her first day and she did a remarkable job.Please read the comments

Everytime I go to this restaurant I have a wonderful experience. The last couple of times we have had a large party. I want to thank Bri for her wonderful service today! She was kind, patient, and accommodating to our large family. Julian lights up the room when you walk in. He says hi, good morning, and generally has as positive energy every time I see him. I have not had him as a waiter personally but my husband says he is fantastic! The food is excellent as well, everything is fresh, hot, and delicious. Thank you for everything! Hey, this is actually my first time writing a review for a restaurant. Finally gain the confidence to do so because a world without honesty is a world without peace .
This is not my first visit to “another broken Egg cafe” in Lakewood ranch Florida ! My first visit was awesome ! There was a woman at the bar late 30’s possibly 40s but she was amazing and had great customer service and even mentioned about name if it was in the Bible “prayer of Jabez “ ! Food was excellent it was the salmon power bowl and the French toast with fresh fruits on it oh can’t forget the he potatoes .. I’d say the best on the menu ! I made a total of 2 visits for the same order! I believe this was back in 2020 . Now it’s 2021 and I haven’t been back for a year ! Now I actually downloaded the app and thought you know it’s worth going again . So order online 7:35 almost 20 minutes I’m actually 5 minutes away 11/16/2021 and order would be done by 8:00 I drive up there mind you I live 45 minutes away and this is me driving up from work to get to my job site in Lakewood ranch ! Okay I make it by exactly 7:40 and I’m patiently waiting for 8 to pick up at the bar ! I’m fixing my face and hair trying to look as good as possible mind your I’m in my work cloths , pants , booths , collard shirt etc .. you can only look so great lol anyways as I approach the doors which were open I walk by two older couples looked (early 50’s) and they were greeted with love obviously because they are normal customers and known by the employees ! I’m just being detailed ! I walk in and I go to the bar like it says to pick up my order a gentleman at the bar looks at me unsure to why I might be here .. he asks “you ordering at the bar” I say no I’m here for pick up (soft warm voice ) he then asks for my name , and I tell him my name and he says “oh okay your order just got checked in give me a few seconds and I’ll get you your order “
So I’m like well okay in my head ( it’s 8:00 am ) that’s when I should pick up and go . I would assume it was a delay on the app or something things happen you know ? I mean it did go through cus I did get the right order ! I’m sitting there waiting (not at the bar but by the entrance on my phone contemplating on making my first review ! With all seriousness ! So maybe 5-10 minutes later I get my order from the gentlemen in brown paper bags and he said “here you go “ I say thank you sir ! And now younger waitress is next to him (young lady ) and says have a good day (pleasantly ) and I say thank you , you as well ! And she then pleasantly says with a short delay you are welcome :) . Now if you made it this far ! You will be reading the honest food review part ! So I go to my vehicle and place the bags on the seat and look in and pull out two white containers with my good the first was the chicken & waffles ! I wanted to try something different ! Oh I’m sorry it was precisely Belgium waffle (1) decent size , a little over cooked still 4/5 .. now the chicken tenders on top of it not appetizing .. look wise 2/5 overly breaded .. now the chipotle syrup for it was just a small container and only (1) .. was not enough at all it barely covered the chicken tenders alone … now as I’m about to eat this chicken and waffles I take my hand .. yes I said hand (no utensil was provided not even napkins .. but I take a bite let’s say that chicken name didn’t live up to “tender” and hard to chew it was not tender and was over a little over cooked breading ! 1/5 but the chipotle maple sauce 5/5 . The amount of it 1/5 . Yes I could’ve went in there and ask for more this the rawness of my review though ! Now I had orders eggs and French toast kids meal and the eggs scrambled 1/5 French toast 1/5 . The organic chocolate milk 4/5 the straw fell in the whole while drinking that’s the horizon company fault though . The two go boxes definitely felt like to go and don’t come back. Should’ve stuck with my original go toos. One thing is take pride in what you do in your business especially customer service and cooking .. you never who may come in.. let them leave happy if possible .
