    For a company that is happy to take money, this app would be one of the worst around. Prepare to be angered, frustrated and ready to find another holiday option.

  • What’s the point?

    So booked and can’t find my booking, or my p&o dollars, have to log in every time I go check to see if my booking has loaded. Why bother having a super useless app?

  • Terrible terrible terrible

    This is such a horrible app. The chat feature is slow, sometimes you try to send a message and nothing happens. Doesn’t appear to send. Meanwhile the message has infact sent and your recipient has got it the number of time you pushed SEND. Other times messages take forever to receive and so a flowing conversation is lost. Other times it just disconnects you. Sign up was difficult and my daughter couldn’t be added to the group even though she has never used it before it told her she already had an account.
