What’s the point?
So booked and can’t find my booking, or my p&o dollars, have to log in every time I go check to see if my booking has loaded. Why bother having a super useless app?bot#007
Terrible terrible terrible
This is such a horrible app. The chat feature is slow, sometimes you try to send a message and nothing happens. Doesn’t appear to send. Meanwhile the message has infact sent and your recipient has got it the number of time you pushed SEND. Other times messages take forever to receive and so a flowing conversation is lost. Other times it just disconnects you. Sign up was difficult and my daughter couldn’t be added to the group even though she has never used it before it told her she already had an account.Show lessAllister Dman
C U Next Tuesday of an App
The app is trash.
Doesn’t even work. Has to be the worse excuse for an app I have ever seen. If I could give it a negative review I would. My friend got diagnosed with polio, and he was more upset when using this app. I would rather get back together with my ex than ever use this app again. Not Impressed
I am not impressed with being unable to correct the spelling on my own name. I made a mistake with my family name in the App. My correct name is on my ticket and also the website. I’ve tried correct it via live chat and also in a phone conversation and so far it’s not been corrected. I hope the rest of the functions work better.Show lessJannipoo
Poor quality app.
It’s a shame that although P&O is owned by the Carnival Corporation, they have not gotten their IT eggs in one basket! This is an incredibly unstable and buggy app, over 100 of us on a recent cruise could not use it, nor could they fix it, instead offer excuses again and again. Have been on the chat merry-go-round for 7 weeks trying to get access before my next cruise. They keep trumpeting how good the app is for planning our day and keeping us informed. No good if it doesn’t work. Princess app (another Carnival arm) is fantastic and I could even book my dining and activities 6 months ahead.Show lessSaltyone 1962
App okay but improvements needed
The app is okay, it’s good to access information about your booked cruise. One small thing - the part on the homepage where it has the countdown of days/hours/minutes until your cruise…it needs to be fixed up. Hours and minutes are together like ‘hoursminutes’ and I know it’s small but it irritates me and looks unprofessional.Show less_sarah_bieber_
App is limited and has issues
Consistently get “session timeout error” when attempting to login, and the app send you on a continuous loop. Can only be used onboard, whilst connected to p&o onboard wifi. If not logged in, gives generic overview of the ship layout and activities but cannot use half the features due to the login issue.

Can’t log in app
This is the first cruise I haven’t been able to use the app. I’ve had no issues in the past til now. Not sure if this is an iPhone issue from the developer or whatever it is but please fix this… what’s the point in having an app if you can’t even use it?? When I try and sign in it keeps saying there’s an account issue… yet there’s no way of finding out what the problem is. Reception onboard can’t even help…Show lessCaz4326
Why is this so hard to use?
This app is one of the worst I have ever used. It takes so long to find anything and you can’t even access the majority of the app until you are onboard the boat, which doesn’t help when you’re trying to find your room number or anything about your booking.CalicoHusky
