  • Can’t login

    When I first installed the app I had the wrong cruiseling number shown and no booking. I managed to update that on the website but ever since I haven’t been able to login. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, changing the password multiple times but nothing seems to work.
  • Cannot login to app, can login to website

    This app and the support hotline are useless, I cannot login to the app even though website login works fine. Support has no idea how to fix it very disappointed as I cannot use the logged in features for our upcoming cruise and have wasted time on support calls.
  • Can’t login

    I can’t login to the app even though my details are correct and I can login on the website.

    Bit disappointing that it yet hasn’t been fixed as appears a lot of previous people are having the same issue.
  • Resetting password

    Tried several to reset password, chose the recommended one they send through your email, it’s valid for 24 hours , you can’t go into the app and put that recommended one it , it won’t except it it’s too long , so I go in choose my own and that won’t let me in , I’m cruising in 7 days this app is rubbish

  • App won’t let me log in

    Tried everything to log in changing password etc. I have a cruise in 2 weeks are seriously worried I won’t be able to use this app on board. Have latest IOS installed 17.2 and updated to this latest version of the app with no luck still.
    Please fix this up properly so everyone can actually use it.
  • Can’t log in, reset password multiple times

    Can’t access this app and there’s zero help available.

    I’ve reset the password multiple times, called customer care multiple times, no one can help me. (They just reset the password again and tell me to wait 24 hours.)

    My gut feeling is there’s been too many unsuccessful logins and nothing will work now, but no one can help me get in. Pretty disappointed as a customer paying for a suite.

  • Useless app

    Get it fixed. For a company like yours this is a very bad experience. Sort it out. One star is too good. I hope the cruise is better than this experince. Very very poor
  • Makes you remember your cruise as an IT glitch

    Terrible app, doesn’t work often. Have had to reinstall many times as app continues to freeze. Some features don’t work or don’t appear where they do on other phones. Does not improve the cruising experience.
  • Can’t wait until I don’t have to use it again

    I think this is the worst app I have ever used. From always needing your birthdate and booking reference number every time you log in (not just an email and password), to then being sent from the app to a browser to page to login yet again just to access any shred of information is so clunky and time-consuming. There is no quick way to check anything. Navigation on the browser page while on a phone is also really painful and not intuitive. As a first-time P&O traveler, I found this surprising. For such a big company I thought they would have an innovative, user-friendly app and website.
