Can not connect to apple
Just bought this week just opened the package can not connect to WiFi or Bluetooth. Doesn’t work with my older laptop either. Very disappointed. Hopefully I can return this to china😏. I hate buying online

App no longer works
This app no longer works for me. But I have a spy hole camera that uses the app called (DEPSTECH) and this camera for the ear cleaning works perfectly with that app. Hope this will help a lot of you’ll having issues with this app.
Used to be great but no longer works
I can’t get the app to work despite using its Wi-Fi connection. Just get a connect your E-Enjoy to the Wi-Fi message and nothing else. Used to be a great product but I have no idea if they no longer work due to the recent apple update but these should have some support at least. Please update or fix this bug

It couldn’t even turn on. It’s wifi, not Bluetooth. Don’t buy it.

This product does not work at all. It’s a total scam, refund your money asap.
Super bummed
This thing worked great the first time and I haven’t been able to get it to work since. Super sketchy that it requires you to choose a network instead of being Bluetooth. Great when it worked but has been very frustrating ever since. Would not recommend.

Waste- get your $$ back on the otoscope
Total waste- inoperable so try to get your money back for the otoscope you bought. Doesn’t work on iPhone 12- current. When I discovered the product didn’t work, I went to form a refund on Amazon, where I bought it in the product and dealer we’re gone. Most likely a fraudulent seller
