App doesn’t work on iPhone 12,13 or 14
No errors messages, I have other devices that do similar wifi connections. The connection works get an IP address just doesn’t do anything.

I’ve tried everything to connect to this piece of plastic and it’s not working. This is horrible and I don’t recommend buying it

How to hook to I phone
Instructions are not great, had to ask wife, dunces she works more with it. They should use photo like Ikea. But you have to hook up on Wi-Fi not blue tooth. Go to your Wi-Fi look for enjoy after you turn on camera. Click it and go back to app should see camera view. Hope this help others.

Should have stated that it’s only works on android or in China. It is not supported in the west. That being said works as a ear cleaner, that’s fine for me!
Waste of money
Product will not connect and work!! Some help I can not for the life of me get this to connect to my phone!! The first time I used it, it was great!! But now it will not connect at all smh!!

Purchased your product from amazon, downloaded the app and it doesn’t work. Did the whole wifi thing still no camera appears. Don’t waste your time or money.
