It worked 1 time on this app now nothing it keeps me to connect to WiFi IM CONNECTED NEXT

I was surprised it actually worked and I’m so excited to start using it! The video is good as well and I had no issues :)
Doesn’t work
Just got the ear wax remover from amazon and downloaded this app. Followed all constructions and connected to WiFi and turned it on. No camera shows up on the app so I can’t see what I am doing. Waste of money
