When you sign up, we pull up to a year of your past training to analyze your strengths and weaknesses. We sync with Strava, Garmin, Wahoo, Hammerhead, Zwift, Peloton, Oura and more to come. We are the single source of your performance data so you can spend less time analyzing, more time riding.
STEP TWO: WHAT GETS MEASURED GETS IMPROVED.
Set your high-level goals and availability to train and we’ll show you how to spend your time to hit your objectives.
STEP THREE: YOU STILL HAVE TO DO THE WORK. NOW GO RIDE, AND WE’LL DO THE REST. YOU GOT THIS.

Feels like this app may be on the way out. Tonne of automated emails. No support when accounts/gps aren’t linking. Kinda frustrating. AI coach is on the blink what feels like 75% of the time.
