It Charges

It works, not much more to say but I am able to charge every time I have tried.

Overall very happy

I use this app weekly for my charging needs and haven’t run into any issues. I did have to reach out to customer service once very late and someone answered quickly and was able to walk me through what I did wrong. All in all I would say I’m happy.

Great App and Charging

The Chargie App and Network have been a great addition to my EV. Definitely would recommend to other EV users out there.

Ease of use

App is pretty user friendly. The updates have improved the overall functionality. The setup was pretty simple. Been using for almost 6 months and no issues at all. Looking forward to more upgrades as we all continue to adapt to the EV world.

Easy to Use

I have had my plug in hybrid for 6 months and just moved into an apartment that has Chargie. It has been great so far, way better than having to use public charging.

$15/m isn’t worth it

They will claim the $15/m charge is for network sustainability and maintenance, and that May very well be true. However, it is not the responsibility of the end-user to pay for sustainability and maintenance. That’s the responsibility of the property. Passing the buck onto the end-user so that the service seems more lucrative to the property so that they’re not the ones paying for up keep is criminal.

Doesn’t work

Another EV charging company that is more scam than anything else. I put in $10 and all it says is “preparing” endlessly. Save your money and go to a ChargePoint. Chargie (terrible name btw) will be bankrupt soon enough.

I cant start a charge on the app

i keep getting the same error over and over again even tho i’ve deleted the app and redownloaded several times. just keeps telling me “oops! there’s an error” okay, wish you would tell me what the error was. all it says is “ TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating
'h.TOUSchedule [h.currentPhase].rate')” Please fix this so we can actually use the app.

Not worth the pain

As an owner of both a EV and PHEV, you would think that this app would be seamless and a breeze? Nope. Not only do they require an upfront charge to use the station, their support has been woeful. I was trying to charge my 330e for over thirty minutes with no luck and after spending 30 minutes on the phone with “support” they made me wait for an email which said that I should take the steps that I just did. I feel like I’m regretting spending money on this “service”, which not only hurts ev adoption as a whole, but I’m better off just using a ChargePoint or an Electrify America station and just getting my money back from this company.

App works, but poor billing

The app does its job, but has poor billing practices. Similarly to other charging apps, this app uses the anti-consumer balance reload system to pay for charging. This inherently gets you to spend more money than you need. Additionally, the default reload amount is $20. C’mon. Currently have over $20 in my account because I spent $8 on charging. If you have to use the app, I suggest you change the auto reload to be the lowest possible amount.
