I have been super excited to start back with the company. I previously worked while it was American staffing and it was pretty great! Just recently I’ve had a really tough time navigating the system and trying to figure out how to accept shifts. I found myself “resigning” after clicking on a tap in which I thought would allow me to see more shifts when in reality it pulled me away from applying to the shifts for an entire month!!!! I’m normally pretty tech savvy but this incident should be fixed. Like ASAP! I have also messaged the chat team and have gotten no response on how to reverse it. It was also worded very strangely to where it would cause anyone to be confused on opting in out our to be a contractor/ an employee. I hope they can better word and fix that aspect of it because I’d like to go to work ! Other than that, the process for uploading documents have been smooth and easy. I hope they can fix this problem. Still do give these guys a try ad everyone’s experience is different 💛🙏🏾

Hi Mao, we're happy to have you back. We now offer options to work as an AllShifts Employee or an independent contractor. There are certain guidelines to follow depending on how you elect to work. The language aims to make those clear. Please know that going from an employee to a contractor, you can still request shifts and work as you have before.
