Having said that, after I downloaded and used the app for the first time. I had a little difficulty accessing the discount offered with your first app order.

Best fish ‘n’ chips for miles!
This app makes collection so easy! Virtually no queue involved and fish and chips are waiting ready to be boxed on my arrival by friendly smiling staff! But the best bit is the eating! Absolutely brilliant and at a reasonable price too!
Really deceptive marketing
Got a £5 off voucher because I live locally so wanted to try. Had to purchase £30 order so order became minimum of £25 with the discount. Then a £4.50 delivery charge on top. Felt sleazy and dishonourable. Order ended up being for £29.50. I honestly felt a bit dirty. Won't use the app again. It's sad because their food is great.

Was really excited until...
I was really excited to see an Olley’s flyer through my letterbox informing me about this app. But sadly that was short-lived as it turns out they won’t deliver to me, even though I’m just 2.0 miles away. So they lose a star just for that.
What was the point sending me this flyer in the first place?
If Click & Collect really works i.e. I send in my order just as I’m leaving the house and its ready 10 mins later as I arrive, then possibly worth it. Otherwise, the leaflet’s just spam.
Will report back, if I get around to trying the Click & Collect...
