Horrible app
Doesn't give most information and what information that is available, you really have to search. Also...ridiculous as ever, to make a payment, you have to get a code emailed to you. Laughable. Citizens has the worst apps and online experience of any bank.
Horrible
All Citizens Bank apps are horrible but this one just got worse than worse. Now you have to search for everything. It was so nice that what you want always popped up. Keep killing your apps, you're doing a great job.

Poor Workflow
Can’t tag receipts to pending charges. Can’t upload multiple receipts at a time. Can’t access photo albums, only general camera roll when uploading receipts.
Thankful for the list of charges. But workflow must improve for this to be a useful tool.

Very Buggy
Constantly getting “there was a problem, please try again” messages and takes a long time to upload receipts. Needs work for sure
Disappearing receipts
I had to use the app to submit an expense report instead of my work computer because it was broken. When I tried adding receipts to the report I had several disappear. Very unfortunate.

Poor app, useless to me
I guess my bank elected to use this app to manage credit card accounts. Their system was terrible prior to this app and now when switching to this app things are worse. We can’t find our balance or figure out how to make a payment. This deserves zero stars.
