Incredible resource for guitarists
This app must have been around for a few years, but I just saw it after Simon revamped his website this summer. It’s full of lovely backstories on all of his pieces, with tabs to follow along (and bang your head as you wonder how he makes such intricate fingerings sound so smooth) and the ability to make playlists.

Wow.
If this app was only his music OR the tabs to his beautiful songs it would be an amazing app. But it’s both! Simon has a way of taking these haunting melodies, adding some tasty arpeggios underneath and then making it all sound so simple. Until you try to play it. The app is very well done and the layout is perfect. Simon - you rock for doing this. Thank you. But I’ll be cursing you when my entire days are spent trying to learn these intricate tunes. BTW, The Fisherman is still one of my favorite acoustic tunes of all time. Just gorgeous.Show lessWineshop
