I put the same information on my health declaration form! It’s in no way and active tracer. It only tracks you if you scan the current QR code provide where ever you go? Just another way for the Philippines government to justify the money it doles out to their relatives. Anyway app will not add additional family members by clicking on (+), I get an error “unable to contact server.” I am using OS 14.6 what a waste of time.
I’ve been using the TRAZE app starting with my PR103 LAX/MNL flight on July 11, 2021. I did a few more after arriving in MNL on June 13. This morning, as I was Trazing, I got a notification from the app that I have no Traze records for 5 days now! What happened?
It should not be this difficult to register. It keeps on saying “invalid code” even correct code was entered. My registration couldn’t go through. My daughter had to change her email address and couldn’t do that either. Please fix this. With millions of users needing it, the developers need to upgrade this to a better app.
I cannot upload the app eventhough i have an IOS 14.4.
Always appear on the screen unable to download the app..

This app is absolutely junk. I downloaded the app just now and started to register. But every time I click on the picture to upload my photo, the app would crash.
I’ve tried it a few times with the same results.
Instead of having a customized app for tracing made, the PPA should have just went with an existing tracing app with a proven track record of functionality and reliability. We don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Just look at the app being used by the Singapore government.
So now without getting ourselves registered and with a trip coming up in a few days. Who know what the airport will do when we arrive.

We’ll be happy to assist you.I’ve created an account before and forgot my password but the entire Forgot Password flow is horrible. Why can’t it just send a reset link to my email like every other app?? It asks me to answer security questions which countless studies have shown are the least secure method. The inexperience of the developers shows :( update response: then why not just send the link via SMS? I am 100% sure I am answering the security questions correctly and yet it still doesn’t want to proceed.

The "Forgot Password" workflow was designed to be made in-app, so that the user doesn't have to go to his email to reset it. This is designed with the Filipinos who do not have an email in mind.
Look at this useless app made by Filipinos.
They pretend it works well, but it doesn’t work AT ALL. Cannot register, cannot log-in.
What do they do to fix it? Nothing. Useless.

Please make sure you are connected to the internet. Adding 5 members of a family simply doesn’t work! I saw one review saying the same issue and the develop just denied it. Test your app! It’s frustrating and stressful given this is required for traveling to Philippines.
