I downloaded the app and registered my info but won’t generate a code to move Forward to the next step?

Hi, yes you may. Under your profile, scroll to the bottom to see the + button. You may add up to 5 individuals or family members.
Does not support ios14...
This app is not supported with ios14...can only support in ios13...needs to be updated...

Unfortunately, this is a requirement of Apple App Store for us to be able to upload the Traze app..

I can’t seem to even register? Is there a helpline? Is there a compatibility issue with iOS?
