The add buttons seems to be not working.

For an app that’s required for entry to the Philippines, this app is poorly made. My dad has been unable to download it because his phone only updates to iOS 12. Their iPad worked but their unable to add my mom’s info it’s unable to connect to their server. We’ve tried it on 3 different phones and verified we have internet connect but continue to receive the same message.Anne Esteria

Keyboard is missing when creating username and password. Tried it for almost an hour or so while checking in the airline its frustrating but finally the keyboard appeared by ghostly tapping the box. Thought i won’t be able to board the plane. Pls fix this issue...cdbarts

Hi, yes you may. Under your profile, scroll to the bottom to see the + button. You may add up to 5 individuals or family members.Does not support ios14...
This app is not supported with ios14...can only support in ios13...needs to be updated...batibot101

Unfortunately, this is a requirement of Apple App Store for us to be able to upload the Traze app..Cannot complete registration
Something is wrong in the registration. The portion of password appears to contain character/s already.
