Sync contacts
I cannot sync my contacts with my watch and change wallpapers this application is terrible
Nice but not good
Watch does not stay connected to phone. Loses connection easily and needs to be reconnected frequently. Takes sound over phone at all times on its own and my phone does not play music or ringtones.
All monitors data are totally off and not reliable
App does not keep track of activity and save the logs. Exercise on phone is only for running outdoors
Maybe there are better firmware versions and apps to control device in a more convenient and helpful manner but as it is now, must a nice gadget not useful at all . Got it as a gift, otherwise would have sent it back

Nice app, glitches with Dial Push
I like the app, not fancy, but works ok, however the dial push sometimes doesn’t work, when will this be fixed please?
Can be better and improved
I do not know how many kinds of watch are using this app. Most of the functions are comparable to the other watch apps. Mine is W26+ and some functions can be improved. I. The battery bar is incremented every 25%, and I hope it can be 1% in interval or at least 5%. 2. The app cannot see the battery bar. Since it is not every watch faceplate screen has the battery level, it will good to have the battery level in the app. 3. Main menu 9 functions only are in the watch but not in the app. It will be good if the change can be done from the app as well as the watch. 4. saving the battery usage will be a big plus since the communication between the app and the watch or the watch itself consumed a lot battery juice and need to charge the watch too often. 5. More functions in the app can be added to give more changing ability for the watch. Changing parameters in the watch is consuming watch battery and not easy to change it in many small menu screens. It is not easy to make the app for all kinds of watch. Thanks for consideration.

New themes are not appearing on w26+
When i try to install any watch face from the new collection it appears black screen on the watch W26+
This app really does need work!

App provides function, but some improvements needed
The app does the basics, but a few enhancements would be welcomed. I would have fed this back via the developer link, but alas it doesn’t work here on the App Store?
1 When you action something in the app the popup message appear in grey font on a black background, which is difficult see? White font black background would be better. Same for help section within app
2 watch status would be great, such as the battery level within the app itself, as you are reliant on a battery icon on watch, so no real indication of how much truly left
3 Ability to stop all of the the sound from phone routing to the watch by default, either app or on the watch
4 Ability to mute sound quickly either app or on the watch
5 Firmware updates for the watch in the app
6 Allow more than one face to be pushed at once?
7 Allow interactivefaces to be pushed ie the standard black and white face watch could be 2 in 1 with a facility to just change the colour by tapping the face, as other similar smart watches have

I’m Disappointed
I can’t even access my phone book, call log & camera with the watch
dosent have any wallpaper change
how can i change wallpaper for this version?im so sad 😣
Health App data sharing
The app is not too bad but its missing the ability to share data with the Apple Health app. I have had a few different devices and they all sync data to Health App which is what I share with my Doctor as it is where I can consolidate all my health data from every device. Hope it comes soon !
