Need update for IOS devices
Android version totally different than IOS one the Android have more options . I can’t see SMS messages watch says ( currently not available) also I have only find watch on the App face the others 3 options not showing .hope you can solve this problem .

Watch has a bunch of tools and is very similar to the real thing, but I cannot figure out how to change the background.
Too limited
This app is not compatible with iPhone. I cannot sync my phone book or call log with my phone. SMS notification is not working, birthday is not working, and my iPhone settings for notifications does not show the app? Pls can you help fix? I just got the watch and it’s not working fine

Thank you for your feedback. Please check whether the watch is successfully paired with the APP, because message notifications, incoming call notifications, and replacement of personal data information all require a normal Bluetooth connection to work.
Won’t sync data
It’s not too bad but I on out got the watch to follow how many steps I do whilst not having my phone in me at work.. but the data doesn’t sync from the watch to the app ...

My crown button does nothing when I turn it. What can I do to fix this problem?

App has been working great up till now it won’t sync my data from my watch to the app
On my phone anymore so can’t keep track of my steps or sleep, went to the help section on the app but nothing useful to help with this problem

Thank you for your feedback. Have you checked whether the APP is well connected to the watch? Only when the Bluetooth connection is normal can the data be synchronized to the program.
Not enough options
Great looking watch, but there should be way more faces for the watch and also the volume is very low on this watch , there should be more tones from everything and can’t set the birthday
Problem with fin my phone
I have an iphone 11 im trying to find it with my watch an there is a bug that says that i have to pair my phone but it is already pair, you have to fix this bug because this functionality is really usefull, and also i was making exercise and the timer when you make exercise is not working well it says that you make less time of what you actually did
