Thank you for your feedback. The current APP version supports the "Dial Push" function. It may be that your watch does not support this function, so after connecting to the APP, I did not see the corresponding function.

Thank you for your feedback. 1. Please check whether your watch is successfully connected with APP and mobile phone via Bluetooth. The problems you described are all related to the Bluetooth connection. Please check the connection status between the watch and APP and mobile phone again!
Date of birth
app is connected to the watch Can set everything except birth date.
Still cannot set date of birth everything else I can set, and the watch is connected to the app.

Thank you for your feedback. If your current device supports the dial push function, as long as the connection with the APP is successful, the APP interface will display the "Dial Push" function, and you can change the dial wallpaper at will.
