Does not keep up with scores or even matches. Last night Day 6, not even players were listed. Embarrassing for the venue.Heather6161

The most important function of any tennis tournament app is to give you the live scores. The second most important function is the order of play (aka daily schedule). This app does neither. It hides access to the live scores, when you find it, the page proudly proclaims “all live scores” — only it does not include all live scores and it includes some (but not all) results. I have not yet been able to discover any order of play. Maybe by the 2025 tournament they will have a functioning and useful app?
EDIT: Kudos — a day later and they’ve added front page access to Scores and Schedule. Thank you! It is amazing how that improves my experience of the app overall.Show lessAtom Joy

The fonts are tiny and difficult to read, and rather than having the matches all in one place the live ones are under “scores” and completed under “results”… sometimes. Sometimes they’re just not even there at all. Also, I have set all my favorite players for notifications, turned on notifications everywhere possible, and the only thing I have gotten notifications for are parking alerts which mean nothing to me because I am not there. This app is pretty much useless. I have an iPhone 13, there’s no reason it should not be working properly.Show lessFallBackIntoMe
Location services necessary?
Can’t get by the location services without signing up. Won’t use the app.10sbum

Can’t see schedule for next day. Live scores don’t update. Order off play screen is blank half the time I click on it. You really need better developers. Wimbledon app was much much better.AMCure
Poor Poor Poor
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Navigation is difficult. It’s very hard to find out when and where matches are being playing at the venue. It doesn’t update properly. It sometimes won’t launch. Truly a terrible effort in providing an app for spectators and fans watching on TV.KYJim
