Won’t let me log in
I set up my account and was using the app just fine before. It recently prompted me to update it last time I attempted to beep. Well there was no update available, so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Well now it says my account doesn’t exist and let me make a new one with my email and info.byron8R
Pay to self-promote
They should rank your priority in the feed based on how many ratings you have. Instead you pay the app for this. Drivers are not rewarded for giving better services.Sooki 1
Some issues but ok overall
I have found that when a bunch of people are using the app, it doesn’t work as it normally does. Nothing will load, and a bunch of the input sections start to misplace where you type something in. Very annoying when you need a ride, and apparently everyone else does too at the same time.emma.chamberlain

We fixed this. Don’t be toxic. Next time just let us know instead of leaving a 1 star review. We fixed this bug within hours of it being released because some reasonable person (not you) reached out to us.Good but has problems
The app will not allow me to quit beeping due to riders in my queue when I don’t actually have any at all. Keeps me available for beeping at unwanted times.CrazzyBlastoise

The user interface was great and simple to navigate and be able to use. As a beeper this helped immensely. **As of the last update it says people are in my queue but they don’t show upemaninthenation
Login Error
As of 2/12/22, there is a “JSON Parse error” while trying to create an account. Just wanted to draw some attention to this for the developerWonder waffle 38

Forgot username
Not much of a review but a question because I don’t know how to get in contact with the creators. I cannot log in but I have an account. If I don’t remember my username what do I do? There is a forgot password button but not a forgot username.skfhfksjf

Sorry we took so long to address this. We are going to allow users to sign in with their email rather than their username.
