Withdrawal went to wrong address
I tried to make a withdrawal and set it to my coinbase wallet. Ecos showed a withdrawal but coinbase did not show a deposit. I contacted Ecos support and they showed the transaction went to a different wallet address. After waiting a really long time for my mining contract to accumulate enough for a withdrawal, I've lost everything. Also the link support sent to show the transaction was to ru url... ru is Russia. What am I to think??? Scam? theft?
Update: I contacted support and all they would do is try to justify why they did the wrong thing. They would not do anything to try to resolve the issue. I think it's time to take legal action and get law inforcement involvedShow lessKwisatzJim

I lost over 75% of my investment into cloud mining. Even if the value of bitcoin doubles, I still lost over half my investment. The fees on the bitcoin mined with cloud mining took over 90% of what was mined. Customer service will dance around the answer for a while but may eventually just try to convince you to spend more money on a longer contract. DO NOT SIGN A LONGER CONTRACT. Math is math, you will be throwing most of your money in a hole. Losing over 90% of my mined bitcoin to unclear fees over 30 days is clear enough to me that this is a scam.Show lessMr. L Allen
