I absolutely love this app. I came to it because the gym I joined uses it for their boot camp-style program. I can track my meals, workouts, and my results so easily. Also, it integrates with my Apple Health,Apple Watch, Fitness, and MyZone flawlessly. There are even tie-ins for FitBit as well. I also love the option for a trainer/coach to track and message you along the way. I struggle with motivation most of the time, which is why I haven’t been able to consistently commit to a healthier lifestyle. That problem has been solved, and I couldn’t be happier. I fully intend to keep using it, even after the boot camp is over.
