Super Easy and Fun
If I’m reviewing the app, it’s great. Very easy to use, nice interface, simple, accurate. The service is crazy cool…a drone brings you stuff from the store! (Walmart) Only problem is you can only get a couple things at a time. Basically you can get items for lunch for a couple people. It’s pretty much just a novel, fun thing to do. Not useful for getting actual groceries.

So Fun For the Kids!!!
The kids and our family from out of state thought this was the best ice cream delivery ever!!! Can’t wait until they can deliver other things too!!!

We have been using this service in Frisco Tx for the past year or so. Always happy to receive drone deliveries
Not happy
I originally rated this service as a 5 star. However, they have dropped a lot of smaller businesses. One of those businesses was the coffee shop. We are directed to try DoorDash air who only supplies groceries by air, at least this is the only option that comes up. Not to mention doordash (the great company you jumped into business with) when contacted, denied my account existed and therefore couldn’t refund me for food that didn’t show up, despite chatting to them through their app. Not happy at all.

Great Service
The delivery worked out great. Tracked the progress on the app. From leaving the Star to the package bring placed in my delivery zone only took about six minutes.

Landing site
Although the Wing is a fun and unique experience to try. Getting them to provide a place to land has been and still is a challenge. After th drone almost dropped the delivery on my neighbors car I called and emailed to have them create a landing zone at my home in the driveway or yard but still no response. I think this will turn customers away.

App not working
My family and I have tried a couple times with this app over the last few months. Despite wing flying over us and all around us most days, it never took our address saying that it didn’t deliver there. Most recently since trying to re-download the app, it’s taken my address but says that there’s something wrong with my phone number. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app and everything. I’m sure so many others have great experiences, but at this point, Uber eats is still my go to. Super disappointed too be honest.

No useful selections, closed often
I am dying to use this service- it seems like a great idea! The problem is that what you can buy is not worth getting delivered; and vital items are always out of stock.
The other major problem is that the service has very limited hours.
