I just received the first ever commercial drone delivery at dude perfect.

Wing you s doing great with this new service, recently graduated from beta to full production. Over a dozen orders, even in Beta, were delivered to me at various locations- all first rate!!

Selection is small in my area but service is great

There isn’t much to choose from as the stores signed up with Wing are still fairly limited. It is still an awesome and fun service and really makes you feel like it’s the future

Awesome

I am disabled and today my 12 year old grandson wanted Sushi for lunch. The easiest way to get this was through Wing Delivery. Our order was placed and received by Sushi Hub and we awaited the 3 packages to be delivered. We received 2 of them but due to rain the 3rd was unable to be delivered. I thank wing for refunding the cost even though 75 % of our order was delivered. I have used Wing since it first started and will continue to use it as long as it is around. Thank you Wing.

Great service - way of the future.

This service is awesome. I first used it thinking it was going to be a one of novelty but it is so quick, easy and cheap that I continue to use it to get coffee and snacks. This is definitely the way of the future and can’t wait to see this business expend and grow. Great job 👍🏽

Best service around these days.. It’s not only free delivery and faster than going up to the shop these days but the kids absolutely love getting the packages delivered right in our yard. It’s convenient, fun, excellent prices and wonderful customer service. I use WING quite a lot and will continue to use it every chance I get. Thanks WING…. One happy customer here 💕

Not happy

I was so excited to use this app for the first time today because being in iso, I was desperate for coffee! I ordered 3 one for me and my parents. It was going well to start with but after waiting 30 mins nothing had arrived so i decided to check the apps order history… and come to find out there is nothing on the page, it was a blank page, even though it said it was 16 min wait since putting the order through. Anyways decided reorder again incase there was an error on my end but after confirming orders, a pop up came up and “looks like something went wrong with placing the order”. I was looking forward to having coffee ended up Very disappointed, this app is not very reliable!

Exceptional Service

We have been using this app for several months now and has never disappointed!
Only feedback would be maybe a section for comments when placing your order (I prefer my toastie a little more ‘toasted’ then others 🥰)

Order took 2hrs to arrive

Partner order some ice creams for our kids at our friends place. Order took over 2hrs to arrive, tracking system was no good, as order placed at 3:44pm, was meant to arrive at 4:31pm, at 5:15pm order still not arrived and scheduled arrival still saying 4:31 was not till 5:45pm order arrived. We had already left for home. No know way to cancel order either. Not too sure if they were having any issues with their system. But need a way to cancel orders if taking time, also need to make sure their schedules are updated once the scheduled time has past.
