Does not work as claimed
The application doesn’t work properly. Even after logging in, the application is unable to retrieve my booking info, and is therefore incapable of performing its sole function (as an access card replacement).

Thank you for your feedback. Since October 2020 we have spent a lot of time and effort to improve stability and general performance of the application. Please download the recent version of the app to double-check if your past issues are still present. Contact one of our Base Managers on-site or appsupport@basecampstudent.com, if you still encounter problems with the app.
