Dear people

This bank is a scam they have refused to give me access to my account and I don’t know what they have done with my balance in the account they don’t have contact number you can only send an email which they don’t reply it’s been over 4 months now

My name is David Cercel, and my account with Saurus Banks has been frozen since May 2024. Over the past few months, I have sent nine emails to their support team, providing all the requested documents and information. Despite my persistent efforts, I have received no response or resolution from the bank.

This lack of communication and inaction is deeply frustrating and has led me to question the legitimacy of Saurus Banks. Their behavior raises serious concerns about whether this is a scam, as it is not characteristic of a reputable financial institution to ignore customer inquiries and withhold funds without explanation.

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly. I have been patient and cooperative, but I now feel that my trust has been severely misplaced. Please take the necessary steps to hold Saurus Banks accountable and assist me in recovering my funds.

I have carried out the steps and please stop saying you are replying my mails the last time you guys did reply was two months ago. I have carried out this yet you say I haven’t. How am I sure I did it properly when you aren’t communicating properly with me to guide me through the steps? So please reply my mails so I can work through the steps properly if I haven’t done it properly. I have done as you requested made the recall but my end is telling nothing is happening I don’t know what’s happening at yours. Why is it so hard to reply mails? Stop apologising for inconvenience when you still make it happen. Just reply a mail is it so hard.

Explain the purpose of your card and account

Why can’t I use Saurus application without stress , been trying to make transfer and I keep getting error message, I had messaged the customer support No response, if there’s suspicious activity please I urge you to refund the payment back to the sender please. Every time I try to use the application it’s never straightforward . I had terrible experience already since day one why?

Its been over a week

I sent 50 pound to coinbase and when i called Coinbase no money was sent I emailed over 10 times to be told they where investigating it i have had no money to use for my food for over a week do not download this app use another more reputable company

Rubbish

made an account more than a month ago uploaded iD and still no response said 24hrs but it’s been a month I’ve sent numerous emails to saurus however no replies

Account locked after first payment on it

I’m ask my mate send me 10£ to Saurus ,becouse my bank account was empty. They send me and after that account get locked !!! Money inside ,I’m try send one more time and money arrived ,but I can’t do anything with them . Email support allriedy 2 days don’t give any respond about that . That’s looks very bad for long term business between customer and Saurus .
