Me acaban de regalar una scooter y sin esta app la scooter no es nada que mal servicio este

No matter how much I try to sing up, I only get an error, and there is no number or way to contact supprte.

I don’t know if it doesn’t work on iOS 17 either but certainly does not on iOS 18, please fix soon..

If your using an iPhone, it will not connect to the app. An iPad will. Great scooter though.

Need some assistance please.
Overall the app seems straight forward and simple to use. The only issue I’m having is not being able to adjust my mph/kmph or my 0 to start settings. They seem to be stuck in one place and I cannot change them. I’m connected to the scooter and still nothing. Should I factory reset? Could really use some help here.

I bought a new scooter and try creating account in this app and it showing connection failed

Useless
From the moment I downloaded this app, over a month ago, right up to today it always says “connection failed” it’s impossible to register on this app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but to zero affect. Total waste of time..
