It’s a slick app.
I really like it a lot. But the reason I rated it four stars is because I have sent Sam several emails and have not heard back from him at all. So I’m a bit concerned maybe this app is dead? And no longer being developed? It would be a shame if that’s the case. maybe Sam will reply back to this review and let me know that he is still active and updating this app. I subscribe monthly, but I may cancel it if I never hear back from him. If I hear back from him, I’ll switch my subscription to yearly because it’s much more cost-effective. But overall, like I said, I’d give it a 5+ stars if it wasn’t that I’m worried the app is dead.
update: I still never heard back from anyone. So like the other reviewer said I believe this app is pretty much dead and abandoned. I canceled my subscription, but surprisingly there’s still a ton of stuff you can do in the free version of the app. So I’ll continue to use it. Maybe someday someone will take over this app and continue developing it. It’s a great app.
If I see development and that this app someday continues to start being updated again I will for sure subscribe to the yearly subscription. But not until I see evidence to the contrary.Show lessrlo76053

At one time I would have said this was the best breathwork app available. Unfortunately the app has been completely abandoned.joshuajbrunner

Been using it for about a week and the variety of different breathworks to try has been wonderful, they even have a version of Whim Hoff’s “Iceman Breathwork” that feels even better than following along the YouTube video because now I can control when to stop holding my breath so all three rounds can be at my own pace.Show lessFlow Creators

I only gave this four stars because I felt they could use some artwork. The beach, maybe a forest scene, or even let the user choose. But aside from something slightly more visually appealing, the structure of this app and the concept is perfect. But a very Solid appDickDerby

The app is amazing, it has everything you could need in a Breathwork app, amazing Ui combined with amazing customization on exercises and patterns. Although, it seems the app isn’t being updated anymore, the forums have been down for a very long time, and another concern is the new exercises that are still not out. There are a few exercises like cooling breath and the breath of fire that have had the “coming soon” sign for more than a year now. No family plan
Great app, not really usable for families without a family plan, there’s just no good reason not to offer one at this point. Maybe it hasn’t been prioritized yet but it definitely feels like a huge oversight.9alecj
So much to learn!
There so many different techniques to learn. Quite a few I haven’t heard of yet. I definitely appreciate the background beats that help keep from distractions and I am pretty excited to test the sleep music. I hope this will eventually be under Google Play so I can have this on my phone. 🙂SCKehoe
