The MyINFINITI App is designed to help you get the most out of your vehicle and overall ownership experience. It brings remote access, security, personalization, vehicle information, maintenance, and convenience features from your INFINITI to your compatible iPhone or Apple Watch. The MyINFINITI App is available for use by all INFINITI clients, though the experience has been optimized for vehicles 2014 and later. The complete MyINFINITI experience is available for clients with an active INFINITI InTouch® Services Premium package, available for select models 2018 and newer.* For a complete list of available features for your specific vehicle, or to access or start your subscription, visit owners.infinitiusa.com. Clients who purchased an INFINITI vehicle with this type of hardware must have enrolled in INFINITI InTouch Services prior to June 1, 2021 to activate the service to have received access through February 22, 2022 (access is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations).     I am so impressed with the options included in the app and it is so user friendly. As a new owner, I can say that the Infiniti app is by far better than the others I ve attempted to use with previous models. Thanks Infiniti.

  • Inconsistent

    The app is okay when it works but it has worked very inconsistently for me. I wasn’t able to use it at all during much of the trial I received after buying my vehicle. I recently purchased the services hoping it would work better with an actual membership. It worked okay. It takes a while for the remote start to initialize. As far as letting me know that something is wrong with the vehicle, my battery was completely dead and all it could tell me was that a door was open.

    Recently my husband tried to add the app to his phone. They cancelled my services again. Customer service is outsourced overseas and not helpful. I love my car but not the app.

  • Greatest App!

    Anyone that don’t have this app is missing out. In the summer this app is the best because I will start my car upon leaving the building at work and the truck is cooler than it would’ve been. It’s all around the best app to have.
