  • Loving it!

    I am so impressed with the options included in the app and it is so user friendly. As a new owner, I can say that the Infiniti app is by far better than the others I ve attempted to use with previous models. Thanks Infiniti.

  • Inconsistent

    The app is okay when it works but it has worked very inconsistently for me. I wasn’t able to use it at all during much of the trial I received after buying my vehicle. I recently purchased the services hoping it would work better with an actual membership. It worked okay. It takes a while for the remote start to initialize. As far as letting me know that something is wrong with the vehicle, my battery was completely dead and all it could tell me was that a door was open.

    Recently my husband tried to add the app to his phone. They cancelled my services again. Customer service is outsourced overseas and not helpful. I love my car but not the app.

  • Greatest App!

    Anyone that don’t have this app is missing out. In the summer this app is the best because I will start my car upon leaving the building at work and the truck is cooler than it would’ve been. It’s all around the best app to have.

  • App appears very good but not accessible for USA customer

    I would really like to give the app 5 stars but i cant install it as i live in the ISA though my car was originally sold in Canada and then taken to the US and the app store will not let me download it in the US without a valid address and credit card in canada that matched the address!!! What is going on with so many stupid restrictions, a car is a car??? If laws prevent a feature from working then simply defeature or modify it but let 1 app work for all the world!

  • SMH

    The app never worked. Called for help was told to except the terms and conditions. Apparently I accepted on the wrong app although it was the app and I never received the services. Now the free trail has expired and I could not get a courtesy trail period. Over an hour on the phone for nothing. If I would’ve been afforded the trail I’m more than sure I would’ve purchased a subscription. I question if I will even purchase another Infinity…

  • Needs a lot of improvement

    The app would be great if it actually worked most of the time. Very often can’t find the car. Forced password changes too frequent that I need to change on multiple devices of other family members. Password update process not user friendly. When my free trial ends, I will not pay for a subscription service, unless improvements are made.

  • Great App However

    This is a great app, however it will occasionally sign me out and to get signed back in is a hassle. As a matter of fact, right now I have been unable to sign back in which is terrible. I don’t know why it will sign me out even though I have checked the box to keep me signed in. When logged in, the app is great and performs as expected, however I wish it would not sign me out.

  • Convenient

    Thanks to Steve Romju at Inskip Infiniti in Warwick RI for setting me up with this in my brand new 2023 Qx55!!!! This app is so convenient and user friendly. It makes my life easier with the remote start & timer, gas mileage left, all of the controls and location.

  • Better this time around

    Infiniti definitely improved their app based on my experience with the old one. It not only works better, it doesn’t come with a silly monthly membership.

  • A Very Nice App

    This app is very good. It has almost everything you could ever want in a car app. First its opens/locks the doors can make the alarm go off and even starts your car. The one the missing as far as that goes is to schedule a remote start time. It can tell you the weather conditions temperature etc. It can tell you your tire pressure and your maintenance schedule. To conclude it can even take your car payment.
