  • Great to have

    I can’t stress how great it is to have this app. On numerous occasions I have forgotten my key and have gone to my car. I’ll quickly remember to use the app to unlock my vehicle. I’ve also have forgotten to lock my car and I’ll use my app to lock it in case I don’t want to walk all the way back to my car. Also, on one occasion I saw someone too close to my vehicle and I used the horn and it scared them off. I was so happy to be able to deter them immediately from doing anything even remotely suspicious.

  • Use to love the app.

    Update-Everything starting working normally again

    Pro - I can still at least remote start the car.

    Con - since last update my miles driven, location, and fuel remaining are all still the same and won’t update at all

  • Remote start doesn’t work at all

    I think I’ve gotten it to start twice from the app since I’ve gotten the car. And it’s brand new. I could be standing in front of the car and the remote start doesn’t work, which defeats the purpose of an app. I’ll just use the key fob if and get it to start each time.

  • Very basic functionality

    I really wanted to love this app. I’m on my third Infiniti and was excited for the update on the app but to my disappointment, it is pretty basic still.

    1) this does have some really great features that are helpful such as turning on the car, checking if you locked it, etc.

    2) however, the home screen of the app tells you if your car is locked and how many miles in your gas tank for some reason for me it’s never accurate on the gas.

    2 ) it would be great to have a feature that would tell you if you left your car unlocked ,a window rolled down, and since I can’t trust the mileage, I worry sometimes that it’s not locked when app says it is

  • Never works to remotely start

    I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reset & updated & the app does not work to start my car remotely.
    Even when I’m standing outside the car.
    This has worked twice in 10 months which was great because it will warm up or cool the car depending on weather conditions - but never worked again.
    I have contacted the dealership and she also said they have issues getting it to work…

  • QX 50S purchase

    Purchased a QX 50S this week as a retirement gift to myself. I absolutely love it, can’t wait to take a trip in it. Alex Kotelnikov from Infiniti Lexington was great to work with. No pressure, very knowledgeable, and worked to get us the best deal on the 2023 QX 50S. This is our 2nd Infiniti and we have worked with the Lexington dealership for routine service on our QX80. Jim and Dan are always very helpful and straightforward.

  • Weak

    Infinity is lacking in technology. App is and hasn’t ever been great. They are being out preformed by the other major brands. Then on top of that their rates to even use the app are insane. It’s crazy how much they want you to pay to lock/unlock and remote start your car. You buy a luxury car brand and then they want to nickel and dime you. Tacky. Your better than that.

  • Vehicle report not loading

    Like the app. Easy to use and like the ability to make sure the car is locked, remote start, etc. However, never been able to get my vehicle health reports to load on the app.
  • Infinity review

    Both Novi store & salesman Winston Howard did an outstanding job for us, SUPER!! Probably the best new car buying experience we ever had & THE BEST ever new car orientation buy a salesperson. We would gladly recommend both. Bruce & Jan Dobbs - Michigan

  • I am missing a feature

    One of the features that I loved in the previous version is my ability to send address locations to my car from the app. Now I am not seeing this capability with the updated version. I want to see this feature again, please!
