  • The trial period

    I just started my trial from today, due to some technical difficulties, I faced in the app. Therefore, I request the customer service to allow me to use the trial starting from today for six months. I would then be able to provide good feedback. Thank you

  • If only it worked...

    Highly convenient functions. They work less than half the time (remote start, unlock, horn, etc).

  • Not consistent

    Sometimes lock/unlock function doesn't work and fails multiple times which is really frustrating. When it works, its very slow to respond! I cant rely on this app to lock/unlock. Also send destination to car doesn't work, it tells me destination sent to car but nothing is received on my infotainment system. On my previous non Infiniti car I used to send destinations all the time and as soon as I turn on my car they pop up on the screen. This app doesn't send alerts if the car is unlocked, this is pretty standard feature across the automotive industry ! This app needs improvement, improved response time and fixing all non working functions.

  • Car disappears

    Update: Three months it’s worked well. Suddenly, I’m no longer able to login. This problem is larger than the app, I’m unable to login on the website and get error messages. But the app is unusable if it logs you out and won’t let you login, obviously.

    Well this is awesome! Car randomly disappears from app. Still shows in my wife’s account, but not mine. I scan the VIN again and it acts as if it’s reading the vehicle (which someone has to “validate” over a multi-day period, by the way… just WHAT?!?!?!). Support reads straight from a card and has no troubleshooting capability beyond the script. EXTREMELY disappointed with this app and with Nissan/Infiniti being so far behind every other competitor when it comes to technology. It’s SAD.

  • Latest Update Creating Log in Issue

    App worked fine yesterday, April 22nd. This morning, April 23rd, I am unable to log into the app. It says email and password is incorrect. They absolutely are not.

    Thank you for your message. There was a scheduled maintenance window on Sunday, April 23rd, and some users may have experienced login issues temporarily. App services and features were fully restored, however. If your login issue has not resolved, please contact our support team by texting 615-426-6621.
  • Solved - Infiniti Remote Start Problem

    Some users including myself have experienced a problem with the remote start functionality in the recently upgraded app. Basically, when you press the start button the app asks for the car VIN #. When you provide and validate it, the app will give an error message indicating that the VIN is mapped to the same user.

    Solution. Do not press the start button directly in the center. Instead press slightly offset below the center of the button. You may need to experiment a bit. But, this has worked every time for me.

    The app appears to have a flaw so that pressing the start button directly does not register correctly. The other function buttons do not have this issue. An update is needed to fix the problem.

  • Remote start does not work

    I have been dealing with customer support for 4 hours and the remote start still does not work. It has been 6 weeks now. When I select it, it asks for my vin, when I enter it, it says vin is mapped to user.
  • New App has many bugs

    Remote start feature doesn’t work first time. It says you need to add car even though car is there in the app. After going back and forth a few times it will finally let you do remote start. Infiniti needs to fix their app. It may be one of worse car manufacturers apps out there.

  • So convenient

    I love this app: it’s so convenient. Only thing I’m taking a star away from is lately it’s been glitching. It’ll say my car has failed to start but I’ll walk outside and my car is running. Other than that i love it.
