Still does not work
Camera does not record full length drives. I’m on shift for 6 hours, I expect to see a 6 hour video. Somehow the camera takes a break and stops recording randomly in the 6 hour window. Customer support is slow to respond when asking for feedback on the issue. CS did not respond to me until after the 7 day deadline when the video is deleted to free space for new videos.Show lessDeveloper Response

The camera is intended to automatically turn on and record during your Uber trips to ensure the safety of both you and your passengers. The camera may also reboot briefly, showing an orange light for a few seconds before turning back to green. The drives provide snapshots of your trips at 1-minute intervals. To view a more detailed recording of a specific trip, you can request additional 5 minute videos footage at different intervals for that drive.Please review your camera settings during your personal time; it’s possible that the cameras are turned off. The camera only costs $5 per month for a 12-month period which includes having your videos backed up in the cloud and Uber integration when you submit a claim or safety report through the Uber app. We clearly state our return policy in the website and during the purchase flow.
