  • Still does not work

    Camera does not record full length drives. I’m on shift for 6 hours, I expect to see a 6 hour video. Somehow the camera takes a break and stops recording randomly in the 6 hour window. Customer support is slow to respond when asking for feedback on the issue. CS did not respond to me until after the 7 day deadline when the video is deleted to free space for new videos.

    Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. The camera is intended to automatically turn on and record during your Uber trips to ensure the safety of both you and your passengers. The camera may also reboot briefly, showing an orange light for a few seconds before turning back to green. The drives provide snapshots of your trips at 1-minute intervals. To view a more detailed recording of a specific trip, you can request additional 5 minute videos footage at different intervals for that drive.Please review your camera settings during your personal time; it’s possible that the cameras are turned off.   • Big mistake

    I downloaded the app but keep getting a error message. This company doesn’t answer the phone or emails. I waisted money.

Please make sure to log in with the same Uber email and password you use for the Uber app. If you’ve been chosen to participate in the DriveScape dashcam pilot, you should have received login instructions.   • Driveescape camara. Don’t. Get it

    Is to expensive and the worts is they don’t care about :’customer satisfaction ‘l. And NO Warranty no returns they just want to make money That’s it NO BUENO.

    The camera only costs $5 per month for a 12-month period which includes having your videos backed up in the cloud and Uber integration when you submit a claim or safety report through the Uber app. We clearly state our return policy in the website and during the purchase flow.   • Garbage

    Got this through an Uber partnership. I had a passenger make threats in my car. I requested the video because I didn’t know the exact time the altercation took place so I requested every 5 minute interval over a 2 hour period and they told me that wasn’t possible?!?! Why even have this product if I can’t even access the video to protect myself!?!

    We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your camera. You can request 5 minute clips in your app using the "Request Video Clip" feature in the Drives tab. Choose the drive when the altercation occurred and scroll through the cabin camera video thumbnails of that specific drive to help you determine the time when the incident occurred.     I installed my cam 24 hours ago and i still can’t watch any videos because the setup is processing I sent an email to support but they never answered.

    We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your camera. For the best results, follow the setup guide, take a few drives to test the device signal strength, and be patient with SIM card activation. Your videos that are processing will get uploaded in the backend when the device is on and you are driving. Please email us at drivescape support@cmtelematics.com to get a new camera if you are still having issues.
  • SCAM

    If you call they’re not available to talk to you. Very bad and rude customer service, the camera they sent to me is not working and sent them an email that camera is not working I wont to return it, they told me is 12’month agreement I was like so I should be paying for something that’s not working.

  • DONT GET IT!

    Its not worth the $$$ get one you can control on ebay/amazon it will be $20-40 dlls more

    First of all to be able to see a video in the app you will need to press a button they provide extra from the camera ….
    (And this only records one minute if you want more you will need to tap on the button again!)

    The camera itself make a loud noise (so it dosent “heat up”)

    I had it for 2 days and it drove me crazy as a red little light fash flashing nonstop and i tried turning it off and it didnt work

    When i went to see the videos i thought i recorded when i pushed the button which made me feel unsafe because i was driving.
    The videos were not there and showed up in my account until the next day and not all of them i did like 8-10 that night to try out the camera

    I Highly don’t recommend this camera i had cheaper ones that work better!!!

    Hi! The dashcam is continuously recording when you are driving and the camera is plugged in. You can now view all your trips and use the Request Video feature in the app to request any clip of up to 5 minute duration to be sent to your app (so you don't need to use the button to get a 1 minute clip).   • What Type of Dash Cam is this one that only records one minute of video???

    What type of Dash Cam is this one that only records one minute of video??? Or Is it just mine??? It's totally worthless for me 'cause one minute of video recorded doesn't help me at all!!! I wanna return mine immediately and buy a real useful Dash Cam that records video as long as I want to.
