Powerful Message
It’s funny how God works. Over the pass week I have came to the conclusion that I have anger problem and don’t want to allow my anger control me. I came across this video and it spoke to me on so many levels. I grew up in a angry household and family but I always felt discernment to it. I use to justify my anger as being part of my life. But now my walk with Jesus is redeeming me from it. I’m one of the ones in my family that want more out of life so it is hard breaking from that bondage when your surrounded by it. God move me away from that atmosphere this past April and since then I have grown so much. I noticed how I don’t engage in certain conversations on the phone with my family. Im still a work in progress when it comes to my anger but this video has blessed me with attribute and steps I can take while doing so. Eye opening
The topic of authority, submission and obedience has been taught in such a positive light. John uses relatable life examples of things I’ve either seen or experienced in my faith journey. I’ve received clarity on scripture application - not just the ‘what’ I must do in life, but the ‘why’ to why it’s important in God’s broader plan of demonstrating his love to us and toward others. I get the REAL and RAW of ministry, pain, hurt, and just plain weird stuff that really do go on in ministry that no one wants to talk about or even acknowledge that it is real. I’ve been through soooooo much under “ just take it it’s your Pastor” that has caused me to not want a Pastor if this what it is going to be like . Some people really do get manipulated, slandered, and just disliked in Ministries. But I know it’s all working for my good . I’m finally acknowledging the dysfunction and no longer calling in functional.
You all have made me feel like “ I’m not crazy after all” lol . I’m a sheep , God’s baby girl who just wants to do exactly what I was put on earth to do .

The wilderness
Wow!! What great revelation this lesson was for me. I’m clearly in the wilderness season at this very moment and am soo greatful to John explaining this season in such a way I could really understand and appreciate!! Thank you father for answering my prayers and showing me to messenger x for all the great resources available for free! I have just finished The Awe of God also. And the fear of the Lord and humility are the way I choose to continue to continue thru this season in the wilderness and into the promises of My God,my creator,my father, my everything! Love conversations with john and Lisa also. My days end less fulfilling if I don’t refill my cup and y’all help me stay focused and remind me it’s spiritual warfare that will get me through and not my own strength and this lesson has given me the confidence that the best is yet to come!! Course Called
I thank God for using John to deliver this course. I needed to hear it, I didn’t realise that Christians outside of ministry were also ‘called’ and that it’s not too late to find out my calling. I’m asking God to show me what he wants me to do and to take away the anxiety I have around this subject because I really want to be in his will and not going my own way. A profound message!
John Bevere captures your heart, and in some cases, wrenches your soul in this book, “Driven by Eternity”. For those who are new to Christ, it is imperative that you get this book! For those who have walked with the Lord, for quite some time it is imperative, that you get this book! Many of the messages conveyed throughout the chapters are things that I have been taught long ago, but was seldom told are important. I find myself majoring in the minors, while forgetting what truly matters as I listen to this message. I would recommend this for any believer, who finds themself off track with sharing the Gospel to others.
