Why are you not delivering to Orita Challenge, the road network is good so I’m really confused as to why that’s a thing.
The app is always buggy
Always goes blank in between orders and now it’s refusing to restart while one has an ongoing order to track. It’s even more difficult to sort issues when the OTP isn’t sent via email or text.

Absolutely useless. I have made a total of 10 orders and none of them have ever gone through seamlessly. Customer service & support team is absolutely inexistent and incompetent to say the least. Waited 6 hours until midnight to tell me you couldn’t deliver nor cancel my order and sent me a partial refund.
Words can’t describe how inept support deal with issues. And the drivers? HEADACHE. You pay delivery fee and they ask you to meet them halfway, what’s the point of delivery?

The worst app to ever exist
This is exactly why Nigeria will never be great. You try to imitate the white and you become very bad at it. Food was ordered by 12:30, as at 3:30 pm, food was still not delivered. Took the support 1hr to reply my message and refused to refund. I have used delivery apps which are bad but this is the worst. If I can give a zero star, I will definitely. Save your money and don’t bother.

Good services but stop constantly increasing prices
Lately the increase in price food on your platform is too much it's starting to look unreal after paying service fees and delivery fee. Kindly bring down the prices of meal back to the restaurant coat . And your delivery takes too long lately.
Long hours delivery
After today I can’t patronize your brand again aah food will use 4hrs before it gets to someone vendor will do their own rider will do their own ..it’s unfair to Oder food and it comes after 3-4hours someon will be too hungry to eat the food. riders are extremely rude. Rider kept raising his voice at me despite not being at my exact location, uses foul language and was extremely unprofessional. Eventually delivery was canceled and the rider still didn't deliver my food neither did he call also. Instead he kept lying to the customer support that I told him to come into my house and he refused, and they chose to believe him. It's definitely my last time here.

Liars
I detest the fact that unlike Glovo Chowdeck lies on their order tracking. Why will you indicate that the order is ready when it is only started when the Rider arrives at the restaurant? Shoddy business

Disappointing
If they can’t keep up with the logistics of good delivery service, then they need to reconsider the business. Orders take forever to get to you. Not talking 1 hour late but 2-3 hours late
Delivery service becoming too slow
Their delivery service is now slow. They are getting too comfortable really plus they don’t even care about customers complain to then the vendors are always right even when they send us the wrong orders.
