Great app, horrible drivers
I have been using this app to transport myself from school to home, and most drivers take almost 20-30 minutes to get to my area even though they are incredibly nearby. Some go to Tacobell and eat while I have to wait in the scorching sun. I had to cancel multiple rides consecutively because they never arrive early and doing their own thing. Please add in a report driver feature!

For humid Miami summers, Via Connect helped me get from a location near my house to the neighborhood Target, with way less sweating…and the ride was $0, maybe because it’s so close!
