Previously great, but going downhill
When I originally installed Cashew—it was great. There were surveys, missions, club missions, etc. They updated the app sometime over the last year though, and the only remaining features are the surveys, missions, and the ability to add friends.
Also, the issues with surveys has become more widespread. At first, I’d get a survey ban for a little bit after a technical issue, but it was maybe one in fifty surveys. We shouldn’t get disqualified from surveys having technical issues at all—that is not the fault of the participant (there’s no way to report what happened when a survey suddenly closes like on every other survey app I use). Now, it’s about one in ten—and this includes the profile survey. I have tried to complete the profile survey five times—and each time an error at the end disqualifies me from surveys until I “complete a satisfactory amount of surveys”. And there’s no way to report this to support—they’ve removed the support link from the app (to be fair, I sent NUMEROUS messages to support “about six months ago before the support link disappeared from the app and got NO response).
I’m working on getting my last cash out (I’m halfway there and in-between jobs at the moment), and then I’m deleting this app.Show lessTatsuhikoInoue
I don’t think I’m the only one
So when I first started using this app it was I’d say pretty good but then I’ve started experiencing that a lot of surveys I’m not qualifying for and getting scolded or dinged or punished by warnings saying if continues my earnings or use of app will in a sense be locked out until either I make a good survey completed honestly I’m gonna announce the elephant in the room by saying this. It’s not fair to scolded or punish your survey takers it’s downright shameful. If this is how they act punishing those just because they don’t qualify for a survey and it’s no fault of there own. Downright shameful I don’t know about anyone else or if they have experienced same from time to time on this app but I’d have to say I don’t think they deserve a lot of us survey takers if that’s how they act to scold us when we don’t qualify for surveys maybe a lot of people should not use this app. Maybe if nobody uses this app they can go bankrupt because it’s downright shameful to punish your survey takers if they don’t qualify down right pitiful.Show lessPdxFireExplorer
Earning Potential Not As Good As Other Survey Apps
When I first started using this app I feel like the ability to earn a few extra bucks was a lot easier to achieve with Cashew but now that the option to choose where to direct and level up your point given with each new level achieved(whether it be increased survey payout percentage or a set balance increase of a few cents to get you closer to cashout minimum) has been removed the ability to earn a few cents per survey has made it not even worth attempting any surveys to make it to cashout eligibility. It’s become more difficult and time consuming to get a few cents if you qualify and other apps like Eurkeka and Survey Spin and Attapoll require much less time and effort to obtain cashout minimum and more ways of earning as well and much easier to work for those few dollars now and this one not even worth the effort for such little rewarded effort now.Show lesswhitneylambert24

This is the best survey platform I’ve used so far. It’s so easy to navigate, the times posted to take a survey are actually accurate, the daily, weekly, and lifetime goals are motivating. This platform also seems to have better screening system than others because I haven’t been “disqualified” for or “screened-out” of any surveys available to me yet. Lastly, the list of survey creators this platform provides connections to is quite impressive.Show lesssome degenerate

I've had this app long enough to have tested and tried it out pretty well. I have to say so far I have been impressed. The surveys are decent and the pay is fair and decent. Plus the plenty of bonuses to earn, and a feature that lets you join a community group for even extra money. Cashew gives you an extra percentage of what everybody earns in your group for that week. It all goes into a pot and at the end of the week, that bonus is added. I will say I had one issue with the app and I sent an email voicing my issue, and let me say, I got the kindest reply, and my issue was addressed in depth and my issue was completely addressed, promptly I might add. So yes, I would recommend def. If you run on any issues, I can say the creators) seem on top of trying to make this app stand out among the many others. Good job so far!!!Show lessCobragirl0104

Got $5 in a few hours and am cashing out. Best site thus far to answer surveys and earn quickly when you have the time! Grateful that I found this app and I would recommend it to anyone. Not every survey is a winner but when you take your time and apply yourself it does add up. I enjoy this app and they have added incentives for completing missions like logging in and survey attempts. You have the chance to level up to receive higher rewards, which is cool. My only complaint is that at least one of the survey companies they work with will keep sending you through qualification questions over and over. You’ll spend a few minutes and it will send you to another survey and then another and another without ever actually qualifying, which is a waste of time. Cashew doesn’t create the surveys, but they do choose which survey companies to work with so this is in part on them.Show lessdheiling
