Exactly what you’re *actually* looking for in a meal planning app. Just let’s you plan your meals without having to upload recipes or ingredients or anything. I love it. My only wish - as a mom of young kids - is that I could add “snack” categories. But other than that I genuinely think it’s perfect.LinziRo

Simple Meal Planning is an app that I've personally always needed. I used to have stomach ulcers and GERD due to my poor eating habits. To keep it under control, I had to change my entire eating lifestyle. I now deliberately choose what I eat and when I eat.
I used to track everything I ate on paper but I often lost track of it. I tried several different apps but they were all lacking features, complex, or required a pay subscription to use. Simple meal planning is the result of my efforts. It's simple to use, free, and can easily fit in with other lifestyle apps.
I now currently use a combination of Simple Meal Planning for planning, Pinterest for recipes and Todoist / Reminders for grocery lists.
