  • sketchy business

    I purchased a monthly plan then the app asked me to pay again; I had to purchase a weekly plan. I later cancelled the duplicated purchase (weekly plan only), then my second phone number suddenly stopped working and I was not able to receive any support afterwards. This is a sketchy business practice. What a waste of time and money.

  • They’re gonna make you pay

    I put five stars to prevent the app from hiding this message, this app is not what you’re looking for if you need a new verification number. It makes you pay for that, it literally advertises that you can use it as a verification number for free then it asks you to pay! Pro tip, MySecondLine you cannot make money appear in our pockets if we’re broke! ADVERTISE TO THE RICH IF YOU’RE GONNA BE GREEDY!
    I hate that y’all all do that, Try watching the first episode of DHMIS so you can learn how to get creative! 0-5 stars for me!!!

  • Doesn’t work for Switzerland

    The worst service I ever have… I just wanted to reach my bank company in Switzerland and it didn’t work. Plus, I subscribed for a local number in order to make call and the customer service told me « you have a mobile number so you can just send text message »… That’s insane…

    Hi there, for Swiss mobile number it's mentioned it's text only before you signup, it's all disclosed before at the begining. Hope you can check it again and update the review with a fair and better comment

  • Total waste of money: does not work at all and no refund

    Unfortunately this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I have subscribed to a Second Line that did not work as expected, notably I was not able to receive confirmation code which was the whole reason for subscription. I was then told that I need to make another purchase to be able to receive confirmation codes which I did and it did not work either. I have asked for a refund and has been referred to Apple where my request has been denied. Customer support has been unresponsive and did not provide any solutions.

  • App won’t work

    Back in January bought a year long subscription. On iPhone so needed to transfer my previous google account over - needed some help from support but all good, everything fine and app worked perfectly, towards end of Feb App reset itself as though I didn’t have an account, contacted support who after investigating said I needed to fill in a form for the carrier and be a couple of days. It’s now end of April and never heard from the carrier, App doesn’t recognise I have an account so can’t use it, have requested a refund but had no response from Support at all on this request.

    I’m disappointed as the app works fine and really useful for me but it doesn’t work now and feel I’ve wasted my money, certainly lost most of Feb, March and April from my subscription so currently can’t recommend the app from perspective
