You don’t know what’s going on in your own system
On Monday of this week I paid you people over $200 to upgrade to the all in 1 Avast One. Today you billed me $70 to renew one of my earlier programs from you. Supposedly your support deleted all of my old pieces and parts of yours before they installed the new Avast One. If you don’t correct this immediately, and refund my $70 I will cancel all of your products and find a company that can run their systems effectively.Show lessGullible #?
Off isn’t respected.
This doesn’t respect your turning it off. It overrides if you watch after turning it off and turns itself back on… After just a few seconds it’s back on. Thanks for overstepping your boundaries, I uninstalled. For any actual protection you obviously are required to upgrade as well. Avast for pc used to be free. -Avast One has exceptional overall performance.
- Initial glitches with the product were swiftly resolved by the team. Great work.
-Senior technical support so far has been excellent and explanations provided and helpful.
What to do differently :
-When an issue arises , there’s an opportunity to explain to consumers
1) what caused the problem / issue (s) ,
2) what measures are implemented to prevent the problem happening again and
3) regular updates and explanations are advantageous
-Explore it for yourselves using the free version.
The bad :
-Costumer etiquette could be improved

my iPhone
Since I downloaded Avast One to my cell phone, I have had nothing but problems with my phone. I just went to go open the avast app to see if anything was found today and it closed itself out just as fast as I opened it. I live in a rule area and use my Wi-Fi for cell phone calls. I have never had issues with my phone calls until I loaded avast. It hangs up in the middle of a call. It’s cutting in and out and people can’t tell what I’m saying and when I’m typing on my keyboard, it flick my phone. I had a one week trial. Two days in I was billed for a whole year through my iPhone. I canceled the service and there’s no refund. It’ll just stop in 2025. Do not waste your money on this.Show lessᑭᕼ
Very Poor Tech Support / called back with no pick up of phone
No tech support when called back on week 2 when initial set up would not work/ help!
Finally- got I got the software to run. Called Back but on hold a long long time but finally I got it working! If you get software to Work great but help via a call, forget it!Continual Asks for Upgrade
Unreliable
I purchased Avast One, the Premium version. The VPN keeps on disconnecting and the purchase continually needs to be restored from the App Store. Today, it won’t even restore the purchase, so I paid for nothing. The App runs in the background and my battery drains much faster than usual. VPN ? Is it legit ?
Is this safe and secure without any vulnerabilities? I have been getting cyber bullied and harassed with malicious intent/malware /MITM ATTACKS, phishing attacks, tormented and terrorized by these losers who keep stealing my money, my identity, and even worse my privacy at all times. So I’m not sure how to rate this because idk if this is another thing I should of been weary of??Show less#whitehat
Battery draining
Just tried to install new update and it’s taking ages so much so I checked my phone battery usage to find Avast running for over 6.5 hours and counting. Surely something is wrong?Lucky Gadget

Only using the free version Avast One, but it does add an added layer of device security! TBH.., I do not yet fully understand the technicalities behind the apps, but to me it keeps out of our devices the bad guys.. but need to learn more (;Vinny vanGogh
